Opinion: On the future of Steve Jobs in Apple
Few persons I have found so charismatic as Steve Jobs, it is more, I believe that there is no person more charismatic than he. Many we will be satisfied with what it does, many others not; but of all it is known that we owe enough to him to the CEO of Apple. After all, Apple was the one that introduced on the market the interface user’s graph with your Smooth one and then it extended it with the first Macintosh.

I still wonder how throughout the years, it has been able always to go ahead of the industry and see the needs of the persons before they were happening. I remember when they extracted the first iMac: I was still not maquero and I was laughing at Apple him for having decided not to put a disk drive or for betting so loudly for the USB so prematurely. But it worked and behind more successes came: the iPod, iTunes, Mac OS X, etc., just in an epoch in which one was giving Apple dead, but Steve knew how to act and what to do to go out forward. The test of this is that Apple has promoted irremediably in the last years, posicionándose in a place that years behind nobody had thought, I include myself in it.
Thanks to Steve Jobs, Apple has always been a step ahead of the others and it has always been a company whom the others have followed.
What will happen when Steve has to leave Apple? We have thought many about it, of course. Every year that happens, I see a few less strong keynotes, see an older, stingier Steve (in the last event, it attracted attention of a few bloggers that were at the end of the room) and, the most significant thing, already it does not give them only. It is good that between Phil Schiller occasionally, but lately, I believe that we already meet almost the whole managing team of Apple: Jonathan Ive, Tim Cook, Scott Forstall, Phil Schiller, Bertrand Serlet, etc.
A substitute is very possible that Steve is searching. It is something that will happen irremediably, we liked or not. Personally, I believe that the perfect candidate is Jonathan Ive: young, tenacious, with original and innovative ideas; I believe that she is a person who knows enough good the spirit Mac, since it had to capture it in each of your designs.
I would like that you also us were saying to the one whom you should create capably of taking a company how Apple ahead. So …
